Mindfulness Life Coaching

What is mindfulness?

 

The quality or state of being conscious or aware of something.

It is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique

 

How do you achieve that?

 

Mindfulness is a practice, you have to train yourself to work through life and feelings with a different spin on things. Rather than going into a negative state, try thinking about the potential outcomes of events in a positive way. 

“This always happens, I’m used to it”

“Why is this happening to me?”

Into

“This is ok, what is for me will come when it is time. Keep going”

“What is this teaching me?”

 

It’s taking a moment to pause before reacting and responding. It’s being mindful of how your journey is playing out, how you talk to others and to yourself. It's being patient when you want to throw shoes or slam doors. It's thinking about how you can help yourself grow so you can be a better person for YOU.

When you learn to communicate with yourself, you can learn how to communicate with everyone.

Mindfulness Life Coaching 

Learn how to live your life in a mindful way. This is a one on session designed for you and your goals. Mindfulness Life Coaching session consists of breathwork, meditation, and mindful activities for you to have in your back pack of life. Sessions are for one hour and require you to be completely open to learning more about who you are and how you communicate with yourself without judgment.

Mindfulness Workshops

Workshops designed for large audiences or groups. We discuss what it means to be mindful and learn activities that can be helpful along your journey. These are interactive and include, breathwork, teamwork/building, yoga for movement, and meditation.  This workshop is great for Universities, businesses, gyms, and groups looking for something unique to offer their people.

Kids Mindfulness Workshops

Designed for growing and curious minds. This workshop will give kids tools and activities that they can use while they learn their big feelings and emotions. There is yoga for movement and play, breathing activities, meditation activities, and full of lots of fun and learning. This workshop would be great for your after school program, daycare center, or for groups looking for unique team building and bonding.

21 Day Mindfulness Workbook

This workbook is designed to help you kick start a more mindful way of living. Breath work, journaling, meditations are some of the activities you will come across in this workbook. You can print it off or have it mailed to you and comes with four one on one coaching sessions. 21 days and you can be on your way to living your life with more mindful intention.
